To help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we have listed some general Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) below. 

Because we are a Marketplace, we have lots of different Sellers. This means that we might not be able to answer all of your queries in the general FAQs.

If you have a more specific query about a product, order, shipping, delivery and returns etc, you can contact a Seller directly by logging into your account.

You can even ask about products before you make a purchase. These messages will be posted to the relevant Seller who will respond to you directly. You will find all of your messages and Seller responses within your account.

Can I change delivery type?

Once you have clicked 'place order' in the shopping cart your order cannot be amended. If you have made a mistake or wish to change delivery type then you should contact us at [email protected]

What countries do you ship to?

Our system will allow you to have your order shipped to any of the countries listed below, however not all our marketplace sellers ship worldwide so please check if the specific seller ships the chosen item(s) to your country....
