To help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, we have listed some general Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) below. 

Because we are a Marketplace, we have lots of different Sellers. This means that we might not be able to answer all of your queries in the general FAQs.

If you have a more specific query about a product, order, shipping, delivery and returns etc, you can contact a Seller directly by logging into your account.

You can even ask about products before you make a purchase. These messages will be posted to the relevant Seller who will respond to you directly. You will find all of your messages and Seller responses within your account.

Can I change my order?

Once you have clicked 'Place Order' in the shopping cart your order cannot be amended. If you have made a mistake or wish to change delivery type then you should contact us at [email protected]

How can I pay with a credit or debit card?

To pay via credit and debit card simply choose 'Credit Card' during the 'Payment Info' stage of the checkout process. Card payments are secured by Hi Pay, our payment gateway, and we accept Visa, Mastercard & Maestro....

Can I change delivery type?

What is the minimum order value?

We don't have a minimum order value, simply choose the products you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout to complete your order....

Can I change the delivery address?

Your delivery address can be changed if your order has not been processed by our despatch team....

Will my credit or debit card details be secure?

Your credit card details are not stored or viewed by us at any time. Your credit card details are stored our payment gateway provider....

How do I place an order?

To place an order, go to the page of the product you would like to purchase and select the quantity you would like from the pull-down menu. Choose "Add to Basket" to continue shopping, or "Express Checkout" to purchase the product right away....

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed an order it cannot be cancelled as the order process will have started immediately. We may be able to stop postage if you contact us in time, but if payment has been made, cancelling the order may incur a restocking fee....
